Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) announced on Thursday evening the sale of the Westfield Brandon Shopping Center, located in Brandon (Florida) in the United States, for 220 million dollars, and of the ‘V’ office building in Versailles, in France, for 95 million euros.
“With these two transactions, we have now generated 4.7 billion euros in proceeds from disposals since 2021 and constantly improved credit measures”, underlines Fabrice Mouchel, the financial director of the property group.
URW has now generated $1.6 billion in total proceeds from the planned drastic reduction of its financial exposure to the United States, and completed €3.3 billion in European asset disposals on its program which targets four billion.
